BEGIN REGISTRATION

Upon completion of online registration:

 1) Print and sign all forms
 2) Set up payment plan and make initial payment
(minimal $250 deposit required)
3) Write player's team number and coaches name on all forms
4) Provide 3 headshot photos with player's name on back of each
5) Returning players to LAFC provide copy of birth document
6) New players to LAFC provide original and copy of birth document
